Rouge Tomate is a coffee shop and wine store established in Saint-Sauveur, in the heart of the Laurentians, since 2008. The store has become a reference in its region. Like anything else, customer trends and expectations change over time. In the continuity of the family from mother to daughter, Juliet decided to do a makeover in order to seduce a younger clientele, passionate about local products and wines.
