We had the privilege of working with Les Chèvres de Montagne, a community of women who are passionate about the outdoors. With more than 700 members spread across Quebec and British Columbia, it was essential to optimize their existing web platform to offer a better user experience. The main objectives of the project were to clarify the benefits of each type of membership for current and future members, to encourage the membership of women eager for adventure and to save time for the operational team, which spent a lot of time managing the site, event registrations, forms, etc. In parallel with this redesign, we also reviewed the visual identity of the community to position it as a leader in outdoor communities in the country, while maintaining its humble and inclusive side.
